Boilermakers

Applicant to have a good understanding of workshop structural drawings including chute work. A firm understanding of abbreviations that appear on drawings (such as AOE, NS, FS etc) is required. Applicant to be capable of calculating sloping lengths for chutes, back cuts, etc. for beams, angle irons and more.



Pipe Fitters

Applicant to have a firm understanding & experience in working from workshop isometrics with a sound understanding of trigonometry. Be capable of fabricating spools in such a manner that results in the least amount of positional butts and be familiar with tacking using Tig welding process. Applicant must have previous experience with carbon and stainless steels.

Pipe Welders

Applicant to be capable of using STT and Flux Core in a 1G rotating position and Tig welding process in 6G position for carbon and stainless steels - all to X-Ray standard.



Structural Welders

Applicant is required to be capable of welding using Mig and Flux Core, have a firm understanding of fillet sizes and the best welding practices for preventative welding distortion.



Trades Assistant

Applicant to have an understanding of the above trades and must have current HR Licence for Dogman. Previous experience working in a workshop steel environment with hand grinders, drills etc. is a requirement.



Fly In/Fly Out Workers

Applicant to have relevant construction certificates and be able to show commitment and loyalty from past projects.
